Access to the Portal
The following General Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the contents and services provided by Urbansky Suite D.O. and accessible through the following address www.suitedo.com(here forth known as Portal). The use of the Portal and each of its services requires the prior acceptance without any reserves and among its exclusive responsibility of all legal terms and conditions or, in the case of the use of only some sections of the Portal, of its specific legal conditions. The User guarantees to use the Portal in ethically appropriate terms to public policy and morality and to what is stipulated in the present General Terms and Conditions and agrees to not obstruct the proper functioning of the Portal and its linked Services in any way or manner, nor to infringe rights of Urbansky Suite D.O., any Supplier Company of the Portal, User or third parties. The User is asked to inform Urbansky Suite D.O. at any time about any violation of the present General Terms and Conditions notifying it via E-mail at info@suitedo.com which does not imply its full awareness of Urbansky Suite D.O. in the sense of the paragraphs 16 and 17 of the Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Services and Electronic Commerce. The User authorizes Urbansky Suite D.O. to cancel all those declarations and contents inserted by the User that are in contrary of the present Terms and Conditions or violate any law or any legal conditions of which Urbansky Suite D.O. could be aware of. Urbansky Suite D.O. may use "Cookies" in order to carry out statistics studies of e-marketing campaigns using exclusively anonymous user profiles which cannot be associated to identified or identifiable persons. The user may configure its Internet browser to be informed about the reception of such "Cookie" and, thus, reject "Cookies", or to eliminate them at its discretion. Please consult your browser's instructions and hand books for further information. In order to use properly the Urbansky Suite D.O. web site, the user does not need to give any permission to install such "Cookies".
Content of the Portal
Urbansky Suite D.O. reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time the layout and the functioning of the Portal, its Services and its respective Terms and Conditions of Use without the User having any right of reimbursement. The User agrees that all information on products and companies, prices and other details and, in general, any information spread by the Portal, appears exclusively as information for the User and, thus, may contain errors, be inaccurate or outdated. The User may not use these information to take contractual decisions that may have economical consequences for him or third parties without prior full use of his own judgement and in the knowledge that he is acting under his own responsibility. Neither does Urbansky Suite D.O. guarantee the veracity of nor revise, filter or approve the E-mails and any other message sent by the Users and, thus, is not liable for their content. In order to access specific sections of the Portal, the User is required to expressly agree to the present Legal Terms and Conditions and to facilitate personal information (“Protection of Personal Information”).

If you have not indicated on the registration form that you do not wish to receive direct marketing material or phone calls, from time to time you may receive direct marketing information.
If you decide you no longer wish to receive direct marketing material or phone calls at some point in the future, you should notify us by sending us e-mail at the below address, calling us at the below telephone number, writing to us at the below address. As soon after this as is reasonably practicable, we will amend our database to reflect your wishes and cease to send such information.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The User agrees that all elements of the Portal, its products and services and any other information and content of the Portal, as well as the compilation, recompilation, arrangement and assembly of all content found on the Portal is the exclusive property of Urbansky Suite D.O. or the respective third party. The User is not allowed to use the content of the Portal for reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, transmission, republication, display or performance, in whole or in part, unless upon prior agreement with Urbansky Suite D.O. or with the respective third party. The User is furthermore not allowed to manipulate or change the rules and regulations which stipulate the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights of Urbansky Suite D.O. neither the contents included in the Portal, nor any protected element of the Portal.
Restriction of Liability
Urbansky Suite D.O. will work to ensure the constant availability of the Portal and its linked Services. However, Urbansky Suite D.O. cannot guarantee a constant, uninterrupted and correct functioning of the Portal at all time. Urbansky Suite D.O. does not exclude the existence of viruses or other damaging element on the Portal, its contents or services. The Portal may contain hyperlinks to external web sites that the User may access and that are not administered by Urbansky Suite D.O. Urbansky Suite D.O. does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the content of these web sites and holds no responsibility whatsoever for the veracity, exactness, updating and/or continuity of the contents and Services of these web sites.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The present General Terms will be construed and govern according to Spanish Legislation.
