  • A hassle-free investment guaranteeing a rental yield of 5% for the first year.
  • Suite owners will be freehold owners and will sign a management agreement to rent out the Suite. In exchange, we guarantee an annual rental payment for the first year and from the second year according to occupancy.
  • Suite owners will receive preferential rates in other Suite D.O. properties in Europe.
  • Urbansky Management and Concierge Service will take care of letting out your Suite, including cleaning, ensuring bills are paid and any minor building work necessary.
  • According to the Spanish law enforced now, when choosing rental investment on your Suite in Spain, you are able to apply for tax refund from the Spanish authorities. Currently the taxes in Spain are 7%, this means that the actual sales price for you will be 7% less than the original sales price.

  • Please note that the yield will reduce according to how many days you use your suite and which season.
