Suite D.O. is a new concept in second homes designed for people with cosmopolitan and busy lifestyles, for whom working life is stressful and holiday time precious. To that end, our suites are designed for people who are after a luxury overseas bolt-hole, where everything is taken care of and owners can relax, knowing that every last detail is being looked after.
All suites come fully furnished using the latest in design and technology, including kitchens made by Boffi kitchens and Wifi internet access. The interior will combine traditional Mallorcan architecture with a minimalist aesthetic, emphasizing clean lines and uncluttered space. The suites come in three sizes: single, double and triple and, when completed, will be ready to move in, or ready to rent out immediately.

Through our sister brand De Suiters, we offer a fully managed luxury second home abroad with concierge service and rental investments opportunities with a guaranteed yield of 5%. In this way your second home could be paying for itself when you're not there.
A Suite executive manager will be on hand to ensure your needs are met: among other things we can stock up your fridge before arrival, refill your wine cellar, reserve you a table in the best restaurants, and provide VIP access to the most popular discos, offering you the high life without the high pressure.
